Here’s an overview of what we have to offer at the Robinson Gallery! Make sure to check for updates here on the blog, as we do make additions to our amenities and we may have more than you can see here!

OUR SPACE

Our Gallery has over 2,500 square feet of event space spread out over two floors.

DOWNSTAIRS

Wedding Ceremonies:

For Weddings and Receptions, our clients typically have their ceremony downstairs and their reception upstairs. For wedding ceremonies, we specialize in small to medium sized groups. Downstairs, we have space to accommodate 120-135 seated guests. Guests typically have ceremonies downstairs, but on occasion our clients have used our upstairs ballroom for ceremonies.

Birthday Parties, Recitals, and Celebrations

Although a rental gives you access to both floors of space, some clients decide to stay downstairs for their event. We have hosted countless birthday parties, private dinners, rehearsal dinners, photo shoots, dances, and recitals downstairs. If you’re looking for a space to accommodate your small get-together or private event, our downstairs area may be all you need to have a perfect event!

UPSTAIRS

Our second floor houses our main Ballroom and can accommodate a reception of up 250 guests. Although our ballroom is most often rented for wedding receptions, we have had the space used for rehearsal dinners, small concerts, charity and corporate events, birthday parties, galas and award ceremonies. We have personally seen the space transform overnight from a speakeasy-themed birthday party to a ballet stage to a film set-all in the same week!

All rentals come with up to 12 hours of access to both floors, as well as all of our amenities, including:

• Free set up of all our tables and chairs:

○ 15 60” Round Tables

■ 6-8 guests comfortably per table

○ 12 6-ft Banquet Tables

■ 6 guests comfortably per table

○ 1 8-ft Banquet Table

○ 2 4-ft Banquet Tables

○ 4 Bistro Tables

○ 200 Wooden Folding Chairs

● Set up and use of our other amenities:

○ Epson VS310 Projector (USB 2.0)

○ 8 Ft. Moveable Bar

○ 2 concert pianos (moving must be arranged prior to event)

○ Sound System

○ 2x Harbinger VARI 3415 speakers
